I have been here for about 6 months so far and haven't had much to complain about or major issues. Anything I addressed they seemed to care and handled. Only thing was my last maintenance request took so long I forgot about it, but I assume they were busy. But my unit and surrounding are pretty quiet.
Slow on maintenance requests and had to submit one 3 times before they came and fixed it. The breezeways and stairs always look disgusting but as far as the inside it is really nice. Gates are always "not working" and the shuttle is always being "inspected". Wish they had a notification system for packages.
Still waiting for the gate to close, so I can use my key that paid for! Close the exit gate with spikes on the ground so no one won't come in, but have the entrance open 24/7. AWESOME Can't forget the fact that the pointe is a museum full of trash! Can't miss the white trash bag that's at the entrance!
Garbage, Garbage, Garbage! That is all. Office staff nice but have never met anyone from actual management company.
I love my apartment itself, but the community needs some work. There was vomit on our stairs for two weeks before it was pressure washed, broken glass in the parking lot that is rarely cleaned up and the pool and hot tub are dirty and lukewarm. If I am going to pay over $400 to live in a bedroom, I want the things the complex promised me to be up to par.
I enjoy the peacefulness, the people are friendly, great amenities. Low price for a shared community, don't see why people complain, rewards for just living there, and most staff is ready to work with you with any issues that may arise.
I wish I went with my gut insticnt and not moved my daughter here. She's had problems from day one. When she finally got in the apartment the keys did not work, then someone was in the room that was supposed to be hers. She was moved to another apartment. I cannot believe they even rent this unit out. The oven looks like it was set on fire, the dishwasher does not work. There is supposed to be a desk in her room and its missing. The carpet has holes and bleach stains. The front door has knife slashes ,the blinds have holes in ... read more
Very disappointed is the nicest way to put it. Neither unit we attempted to move into was ready.
