If you are looking for good apartment size, nice amenities, and a gated community, this is the place. HOWEVER, I lived here for three years and every year the management got worse. They do NOT place their customers first. They make meager efforts to satisfy their community. They do not take care of the pool properly -\-\ the water is green all the time and poses health risks, they do not spray the apartments for bugs regularly -\-\ you have to call and ask to them to put you on a list, they don't inform you when you get a pa... read more
The management here is some of the worst I have ever experienced. The cleanliness of the facility is unacceptable. The staff is lousy and unhelpful. Robberies and vandalism happen every month, both of which have happened to me. You will always be charged overages but never given any reason for it, and most of the time you aren't informed until you've already written the check. If I could get the same rate anywhere else, I'd be gone in a heartbeat. If you're thinking about moving here, don't waste your time.
One of the nicest/newest apartments in town. It's quiet and the units are furnished very well aesthetically. I finally feel at home when, for the last year, I haven't in my previous apartment. The staff is wonderful and will work with you if you just ask. Only lived here for almost 4 days now and loving it. I really loved living here for the year I did. Awesome staff, great apartments and I always felt safe compared to other apartments in the boro. 4 stars because the property wasn't always that clean
