Just as someone said before, if I could give a negative review...I would. I currently live here at the pointe, this is my second year. And if anyone is looking to possibly move here DON’T. The first year was nice, maintenance actually came when you called them, and a manager was always available if you called. We’ve had 3 different mangers in the time span of me living here and I’m still having problems. This all started back in May(2017). My grand daughter and nephew live here and they had them to moved in without installing new carpet because that's what's down there looks like it's been there since Jesus rose on that 3rd day morning, her bathroom cabinet was off the hinges, roommates up at 3am playing loud music and washing clothes. Just a HOT MESS
MUST READ: SEPTEMBER 2017 I wish I couldn't even give this place one star. The management is absolutely terrible and will try to take advantage of you. I pulled out of the complex and the sensor on the automatic gate didn't work resulting in the gate completely shutting on my truck. I immediately called the manager and she sent me a email saying I should send her pictures and tell her what happened so she can send it to upper management to approve to fix it. If they had a negative * rating this place would get it for sure. My daughter took a sub-lease here and it was a huge expensive mistake. No wonder the girl she sub-leased from was so happy to get out of her lease. Definitely going to dispute the almost $300 charge you're trying to put on me for my carpets being "damaged" or stained. PSA the carpets were already shit when I moved in, with all the "renovations" you're doing at the moment I don't see where or how you find it ok to charge a college student $300 for carpet that you're going to pull up anyways � especially when it was stained prior to me moving in the dump that you call an apartment complex.
Be sure and save your receipts and checkout paperwork. This company said that we owed for damages that we did not owe 3 years later.
Anyone moving to Murfreesboro and looking for housing, let me give you one piece of advice: STAY AWAY FROM The Pointe At Raiders Campus Here's a list why: 1.) When we first moved in, my roommate had a HOLE in her sink they didn't fix for MONTHS. 2.) There were multiple stains and damages throughout the apartment when we moved in. 3.)
