All the Pointe does is cover up the mold in the units . There is mold in just about every window sill on their property. Myself and 20 other residents have been very ill and gone to the hospital due to mold related symptoms .
I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to stay here. It’s nasty. Mold and trash everywhere, our AC goes out every week, our drier has been broken for 6 months and no one has tried to fix it, it’s leakage spots in the ceiling! I’ll be glad when my lease is up to get tf away from here. They quick to charge you for some extra shit or ask about late rent, but take their time coming to fix something. And when they do some to fix it they HAVE THE NERVE TO HAVE AN ATTITUDE LIKE ITS YOUR FAULT!

Office staff and maintenance is great! Love the new renovated clubhouse. Always resolve issues quickly. Rent is low compared to other communities in the area. Best place to live.
Terrible experience. When I moved in, I had MOLD in my windowsill which has only gotten worse. We have gone two whole months now without cable, and the office staff isn't knowledgeable on the issues of their residents. When you would like to speak to a member of management, you are asked to relay messages and are not able to gain helpful information. I was told they would not credit our account for the lack of cable although I am having to pay a full month's rent including a service we did not have for the months of December... read more
