It's not a safe place to live by any means. I haven't even been here a year and the complex has already gotten shot up twice and cars have been vandalized. It's not a clean place to live.

Update for April 2: residents should watch for snakes in the grass because it's about 2 feet tall in some places. Ps: I'm truly not exaggerating. The Pointe is unsafe! When my lease is up, I will have been here for 2 years. In the past 6 months, from my apartment, I've seen and heard late night party brawls and drunk-fighting in parking lots and heard an almost drug deal in the parking lot!! The gate situation is a mess, the pool is green, and there's always a lot of trash around, but the rates are good.
I was so excited moving in! I thought it would be awesome when I saw the amenities! Ha, the pool is always GREEN and the hot tub never even had water in it since I moved in. I took a room as is, and moved in with damaged walls, and guess what? They told me they would do nothing about it because that's how I took it, well how about you charge me less then? The maintenance I called about 5-6 times about our outlets till they actually fixed it. My AC has stopped working about 8 times so I just get it fixed on my own because obv... read more
This is and can be a very nice place to live! They have the potential to be one of the best college apartments! However, they have some extreme issues with meaning some expected requirements that you would think they would meet automatically! The parking lot and the breezeways are covered in glass and trash and I'm not saying that is completely their fault but they can do a better job of enforcing that they stay clean!!
