**IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT COMPLEX IN MURFREESBORO** As a current resident of The Pointe at Raiders Campus in Murfreesboro, Tennessee I have to say DO NOT LIVE HERE. I filed a formal complaint with the office in January (5 months after a random roommate was moved into my apartment) to regulate the use of the laundry machines (her family and friends all do their laundry in my apartment), to get the person who was sleeping on my couch out, to get a better control of the AC/Heat unit as it was always set to the "extr... read more

The hot tub hasn't worked for the FOUR YEARS I've lived here. Lots of false advertising. Nice management but office assistants (from the past) are sometimes rude or unprofessional. My last summer here I find out the pool isn't opening till late June! Absolutely ridiculous. Lazy and unorganized. The pools should be open Memorial Day! 🙄

Stay away from this company. Firstly, they moved me into a complete shit-hole that was extremely filthy. Second, one of my randomly assigned roommates trashed the common area. (burns in the couch from smoking blunts) Third, one of my randomly assigned roommates turned my apartment into a trap house. Fourth, my bad room mate dropped out of college and moved out 2 months before the end of the lease. The Pointe At Raiders Campus hired a collection agency to get $1000 bucks out of me when my low-life roommate destroyed the commo... read more

The residents are very lazy. They constantly put their trash the top of their car and it spills out on the street. The residents in the surrounding neighborhood are always out picking up after the little geniuses. Oh the occasional gunshot is always pleasant. The management really has no control of the situation. Today the mulch fire was nice. One of the little cherubs thew a cigarette in the mulch. One the plus side the fire dpt is close by, so that's nice.

The worst customer service experience I've ever received. The staff is completely rude. The girls who work in the front office either have an attitude when you walk in or never acknowledge your presence. Managers are never able to speak to you, they're either always on the phone or never there. The only way you can talk to them is when you're trying to sign your lease. Basically they only want to talk to you when you're to trying apply there and once you live here you will never hear from them. The website is always down, bu... read more

I have seen people complaining about the trash and I'd just like to say, it's because people don't know how to use the compacter which is silly because there was a sign with instructions on it. If you walk up to it and there is trash everywhere, it isn't full. It's people leaving it there out of stupidity or laziness. I went to take my trash the other day and there were bags everywhere and also in the opening of the machine. I got the plank they leave for us to use, pushed everything back, threw mine in, and hit the compacto... read more
