One of the WORST places to live!! The crime is horrible! Gun shots at least once a week, parties with loud music, drugs, people sitting on residents cars, cops are here at least 3-7 days a week! Trash EVERYWHERE! Black mold, oh an randomly getting your apartment set on fire and the apartment complex doing NOTHING about it! Forget about security because it’s non existent! This place is not the best place to live in the summer time. If you live by the big pool that they have there are people constantly throwing parties down by it while they smoke weed and drink while playing loud music. Just the other day one of the people from the party they were throwing came up the steps next to my apartment door and pissed down the stairs while I was walking up them. Dirty, BLACK MOLD TESTED, they lie and will not put you in a living condition as comfortable as they promise. Don’t fall for it!
Horrible place! Don’t waste your time or money! Don’t send your college kids here. Bug infested, mold, nothing ever gets fixed, drug activity, horrible management. Police always here for for something. Don’t even have working security gate. Never even know when they walk into your Apartment.
This is the worst apartment complex i have seen for students. They have a terrible Black Mold problem and will not consider compensation for the health issues caused due to this problem. My son has been out of this dump since June 1st and now they are sending a final bill for electricity charge for a period of time he wasn't there 2 days. All they care about is you pay you bill and no deviation on the contract... Don't rent from them. It may look nice on the outside, but it is not nice on the inside.
Don’t ever CONSIDER moving to this place. I have been without AC since this past Sunday, and didn’t recieve any acknowledgement of my EMERGENCY maintenance request until Thursday. They said it would be fixed Friday morning. Maintenance came to fix the unit, said he had to leave and get a part and would be back in an hour at most. It has now been FOUR HOURS, and he NEVER came back, so the AC is clearly still not fixed, and because he had to shut off the power to it to “fix it” we cannot turn it back on to at least get a sligh... read more
THIS IS BY FAR ONE OF THE WORST STUDENT HOUSING FACILITIES IN MURFREESBORO TN! DO NOT STAY HERE! I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR TWO YEARS AND I REGRET EVERY MINUTE OF IT! THE UPKEEP OF THE APARTMENTS ARE HORRIBLE, CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND THEY ALWAYS WANT THEIR RENT BUT NOTHING EVER GETS FIXED IN A TIMELY MANNER! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! This is one of the worst places I have ever lived and I do not think that college students should feel stuck in such horrible living conditions. Their maintenance is terrible and frankly they don’t care. We don’t have a working ice maker, we have mold the consistently grows all over that windows, and our air condition filter was so dirty it blocked all the air from coming out and froze our AC to a solid block of ice.
