I went to the salon to cut and do a discret money piece highlight in the front. We first did the highlight with caution and not with bleach as I asked to look natural. The color didn't show, so Lulu had to do it again and now she did with bleach without commenting about with me. I felt some anger because she had to do a second time and some other clients where waiting. The result shocked me, really it just look very hash and I'm feeling like a football player with this hair. Lovely, friendly, knowledgeable staff and I always come away with a big smile!
I visited the salon for the first time today really nice lady and I had cut wash blow dry I was impressed and very happy with the whole lot and my husband even said it looked very nice .
