Sunni had the best care possible at quartet. They went above and beyond to make her comfortable in her final days and giving all the information I needed to make the best decisions about her care. The amount of details the gave me and how they made sure I didn't feel guilt for the decisions I had to make, whatever they were.
The staff was very kind and took their time with us even during a pandemic while our dog was very ill. They respected our decision to put our dog down versus forcing costly care on an older pet. I recommend this vet hospital for their care, skill and compassion.
We recently had to have our oldest cat put to sleep and they were able to give him a peaceful send off outside where he loved to be. They were very kind and compassionate during this trying time.
I especially appreciate the fact that Dr. Shults agreed to meet with me on a day when she does not normally do intakes. < br />She provided lots of good information today, so much so that it was a little overwhelming... still good though.< br />After some thought, I believe it would be nice if the first subcutaneous shot were demonstrated before leaving the clinic. I loved Dr. Shults's demeanor and interaction with Crosby.
Thank you SO much for taking such great care of our baby Bella & getting her back home to us!
We are very grateful to Dr. Shults and the rehab staff for the excellent care they gave our dog, Molly. They worked with Molly when she tore her right ACL and most recently when she tore the left. During the initial evaluations, they were honest and did not make unrealistic promises. Dr. Shults developed a plan and the techs implemented it and made Molly their friend in the process. A professional, caring, friendly staff! We would highly recommend Quartet Rehab services.
I visited for an orthopedic consultation and everyone was so welcoming and friendly. They were also nice enough to fit me in for an ophthalmologist appointment while I was there.
Phoenix goes to therapy here and they are very positive. Nikki their therapist is amazing. She truly loves animals and cares about their recovery.
Excellent staff, excellent care. They went the extra mile in a very stressful time for us and in the end saved our dogs life. Forever grateful. The constant communication as we went through the incident were greatly apprecaited, their compassion, but in the end the skills of the staff and the surgeon that saved our Chloe-Anne we are forever grateful for.
