Best and most complete veterinary care my pet(s) has received in the 10 years I have lived in NC. The regular, early morning check-in's, and a timely update each time I requested one. Over-all, great communication about what was going on "inside" from ALL STAFF. Everyone with whom I spoke on the phone knew my Peaches by name. The vets went above and beyond, in my opinion; they were able to arrange a follow-up with a vet in my County for after-care.

As a first time client, I cannot recommend Quartet enough. My Westie, Lily, was in extreme distress when we brought her in. They were thorough, concise and compassionate. I was updated at every turn-never left hanging. Even the process of putting her to sleep, was as comforting and well thought out as it could possibly be. I so appreciated everyone acting like they were members of my own family who cared as much as I did. HIGHLY recommend.
We have now taken multiple of our athletes to Quartet for rehabilitation evaluation and treatment. They are always very thorough and incredibly kind. Their understanding of our sports and how to help our athletes most efficiently is clear. I could not recommend them more!
Our boy Kammie had reached the end, and we are so glad that our vet had recommended that we contact Quartet, due to the urgency. Everyone at Quartet treated both Kammie and us with the utmost compassion, respect and professionalism. We were offered the opportunity to perform it outdoors, which we accepted. We took our vet to the Emergency Service and were so pleased with how organized and thoughtful the care was, given the current COVID-19 situation. They kept us informed and took wonderful care of our fur kid! Very pleased with the service and quality of care we received.
We had to come here for the first time late Sunday night as our fur baby was bitten by another dog. With COVID 19 they had a good system for checking in, i knew all my costs upfront and the staff was very friendly and took great care of my pet!
