Always an issue getting prescription refills. Takes up to 3 weeks from when the prescription refill is requested to get a reply from Dr. Jennifer Shults staff. Staff then refuses the refill citing a vet visit is required. Unfortunately this was not previously communicated and so with only having 4 pills remaining, seems very reckless. Terrible client care.

The entire staff was friendly, attentive and answered all of my questions. They never made me feel like I was a burden or a bad kitty mom. While I was worried about my cats I wasn't worried about the care they would receive. Thank you!!
I took my dog here after a seizure they were wonderful they not only did a diagnosis of the issue but they also found a problem with her heart these people are very knowledgeable and they explain things thoroughly I was very happy with my experience
Took my cat for knee surgery. They all were very helpful and took very good care of our baby boy. Very friendly people. After surgery they have been helpful in answering any questions about his recovery. Highly recommend if your pet needs surgery. Now for my boy to heal and be new again.
Very nice place, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. When we met with the doctor he explained everything in detail so that we would understand what needs to be done. He didn't rush and was willing to answer any questions that we had, even though it was really cold outside. Also my pup seemed to like him.
Quartet is a wonderful facility with a wonderful staff. Their compassion and quick medical care is superb. It’s more ideal to not have to go there, but if we do we feel confident in the care and treatment our pup gets. Peace of mind.
Dr. Gallagher and the staff at Quartet Vet are excellent. The focus and attention to detail that they gave to Zeus was wonderful. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I highly recommend them.
The staff was exceptionally kind during to me during my precious Sophie's final days. Their compassion was much appreciated.
