Kind and understanding, fast.
Great experience and nice facilities.
I am so impressed with Dr Gallagher and the entire staff at Quartet. I appreciate everyone that helped Diesel during his two TPLO surgeries...the front desk staff, techs, assistants and Dr Gallagher have all been wonderful. Thank you for caring for Diesel and supporting us through this process. I am beyond grateful for all you do. Diesel is doing fantastic and is able to walk again and enjoy being his big silly self! Y’all are awesome!!
I can't say enough good about the clinic and the whole staff. Dr. Gallagher did a wonderful job explaining to us what he was going to do with Sophie and took time to answer our questions. The staff is beyond amazing every time I called to check on her they answered everything I asked and let me know she was getting lots of hugs and kisses. The ladies at the front desk even suggested a place for us to go do a little shopping and have breakfast. We are not familiar with the Cary area at all so that was extremely helpful to us.... read more
Mr Bear says thanks for all you guys did for me!! All of the staff are great!!!
One of our dogs had surgery for a luxating patella in 2016 at Quartet; and the other is 8 weeks post-op for a torn cruciate. Hopefully we'll never need to see another dog ortho, but I cannot more highly recommend Dr. Keller and the entire staff at Quartet. I am so beyond grateful for the top-notch care, the empathy, and the soothing, friendly atmosphere that Quartet provides. We just love you guys. Thank you.
These people were amazing, I can't thank them enough, While my pets injury was a broken leg they knew how important he was to me and was so good with my dog, Dr. Gallagher was amazing and after scheduling him for surgery decided he could be treated with a splint. I called and checked on him several times during his overnight stay and they actually went and checked on him for me, and from the descriptions they gave me of how he was sleeping I knew beyond any doubt they had indeed checked on him. It is refreshing in these days... read more
Our Hope will be having her second surgery with Dr. Clark today. She had her right knee in December and is in for her left knee today. We have been very pleased with our visits. Everyone from the front desk to the surgeon have been great.
The staff and doctors were thoughtful and took great care to ensure both we and our dog were in good hands. Dr. Gallagher explained everything well and our dog's surgery went better than we hoped. We were very pleased with no worries every step along the way.
