My experience with this group is nothing but positive. They were efficient, obviously like animals by the way they interact with them and were patient in answering questions. I declined the sling after the ACL surgery and they had no issue with deleting it from the bill. I will definitely use them as our emergency vet (45 min drive) when our regular vet is closed. I felt like I was always in good hands.

Worst place I’ve ever been. Miserable service. Zero help. Zero care. Place is a fucking joke... took a cat in after being attacked by a dog... nobody else there took 20 min to be seen, doctor spent maybe 2 minutes with cat gives me an estimate has a different girl check us out (she was kind)... why work here if you don’t care about animals and don’t actually treat an emergency as it is... think I’ll find out who owns this disaster. be better

My Jack Russell Lilly needed surgery. I tried every other treatment for months before coming to the decision to move forward with TPLO surgery. Dr Gallagher was her surgeon and there are no words for how amazing he is! The staff is so wonderful at Quartet. They are so caring and on time. I 100% trust Quartet. I have also worked with Dr Shultz and Erin from the beginning of my journey. Dr Shultz is just amazing to watch her connection with animals. What a gift she has. Lilly LOVES Erin, and looks forward to her time in PT wit... read more

I love the care my Fraido has received from his Pre op, talking on the phone with the staff and Dr. Clarke makes me feel so at ease. Fraido has been through a lot what with losing my parents who loved Fraido so much. I feel better about his up coming Surgery.(Trachea Collapse)

I’ve been her twice for an ACL surgery with my Labrador. The only competent people are the surgeons (thank goodness) and a few of the nursing staff. First time around they took my dogs x-rays wrong and used the wrong markers. Put her files in with another dogs files so it took a while for the doctor to even find them 🙄 Then, to top it all off, I am going to get the same exact surgery as the first time around and they are going to charge me more money for it. When I questioned this the response I got was “it’s all about the ... read more

Horrible experience. Brought my kitty in for diarrhea, vomiting and dehydration (emergency). The doctor never introduced herself and I don't think she even gave my kitty an exam. Just brought her in the back for treatment based on what techs informed her of and what few questions she asked me. Heard my cat "screaming" in the back and was told she was just "talking". When the techs brought her back in the examination room, she was bleeding from where they injected her with fluids and told me "they were sorry" to just wipe her... read more

We are a NC based 501(c)3 rescue organization and we have had three rescue dogs that have been treated by the surgeons at Quartet Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Hospital. We absolutely love them! The surgeons are excellent and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. We would not consider taking our rescue dogs anywhere else! They are the BEST!

I just want to give a huge thank you to Dr. Gallagher for doing such an amazing job on Winston's TPLO surgery. From the get-go, he was incredibly thorough. He discovered Winsty had a heart issue and we got that sorted out first. The TPLO went wonderfully well and Winston has fully healed. He kicks that leg like a Radio City Rockette now haha He's one happy bulldog. I also want to thank all of the staff for being attentive and kind for every visit we've had. All around, it was just a pleasure during a stressful time. Thank yo... read more
