The detailed review of Cody, the ability to observe his review through the use of an IPAD given Covid restrictions, and the debrief session following his review with the doctor. The rehab plan is allowing me to be more responsive to Cody's needs and overall health, and that matters to me.
The staff is totally focused on the whole dog and not just the one issue the dog is into the practice to address. They are attentive, professional, thorough, and compassionate to both dog and owner. I believe my animals get the best orthopedic care from this practice.
We are always impressed with Quartet. Over the years, we have had multiple TPLO surgeries for our dogs, and one amputation to remove a tumor. They have taken very good care of our dogs each time. They have a high level of professionalism, genuine love of animals, and desire to make them feel better.
Our baby Chloe had to have TPLO surgery after adopting her just 6 months ago and we were lucky enough to find this place to take care of her! Everyone here was so wonderful from the first call through the whole staff and Dr Gallagher!!! We highly recommend them!

Letting her go was (as it is for most of us who love our pets) a devastating decis... read more
They went above and beyond for my 13 year old dog and I am extremely grateful for them!!! They took amazing care of him and kept me informed throughout his short stay here. I can’t thank them enough! And I highly recommend them.
