He's very professional. He does a wonderful job. He is very dedicated and makes sure you get what you want.
We thought it was an experienced worker & to our surprise, he was very messy to do his work. Left stains on the base boards, walls & doors. He didn't bother to cover our wood shutters to avoid extreme dust on them. We specified a light color wood floor, he showed us 3 color options. We chose the lightest brown & he decided to paint them in the darkest brown and to top it off, the edges of all the rooms are beyond ugly. Wow, I presented to this customer all options and opportunities for his floors and was turned away. I offered him with 21 shades did over 7 tests and when he picked the stain I warned him it will be dark on his floors but insisted to do it . I even offered to strip the floor just to keep peace with him but later realized that he had no money to pay for the services . I would have appreciated him being honest. Mr Donald requested to demolish an area of the wall and old cabinets. He also requested to refinish wood floors and install laminate flooring to match the other floors. All projects were done right and on time.
Our experience with Quantum Flooring was excellent! I contacted them on a Friday and James was out the next morning to inspect our project and provide a quote. James explained the process of refinishing our hardwood floors very clearly so we understood exactly what to expect so we had no surprises. I got my floors refinished and added wood floors to my kitchen as well and I have to say that James surpassed my expectations, the floors look beautiful. James is also a very nice guy which makes it easy doing business with him, I definitely recommend him!!
James did a great job with our wood floors and was able to adjust to our fish tanks and us living in the house while he completed doing all our floors. They turned out great.
We requested surface repair and a new install to match the existing hardwood floor in a townhouse we were preparing to lease. We received 3 bids. I couldn't be happier with my refinished hard wood floors! James really took the time to explain the process and answer all the questions we had. He was honest, reliable and fair. It's so wonderful to see a contractor so zealous about his work...and it really shows by the outcome of my floors! I would recommmend him to anyone!

Jenny's project was detailed.Certain areas had no wood and others areas had water damage and termites.Projects like these need TIME. A four bed room home needs 5 visits. Usually we can work 10 to 12 hrs a day the first 3 days and 5 to 7 hrs the next two days.Our commitment is geared to do the job at a reasonable price and do it right the first time. You will be satisfied. Refinishing is a very demanding job.
