Marks floors had been damaged due to water damag. We pulled all the wood and after drying the area we installed new wood. There was another large area of wood floor we refinished .Thanks. Mark for a big tip.!!!!

I am very pleased with our refinished floors. I hired Quantum Flooring to refinish our wood floors, originally placed in 1956. The team took their time to do the job right. Each step of the process was done timely and on point. They didn't rush their work, but took their time day by day to complete the job perfectly. In the end, Quantum finished the job with exactly the color I was shooting for. My wife and I are pleased with their work and would recommend their floor refinishing services.
James came out to my mother's home and removed the old carpet and tack strips in the living room to expose the original 1947 oak flooring. Was pressed for time on project so didn't have him prep and seal the wood, but will schedule another appointment to have him complete the project when my mother's schedule allows.

I gave him more down 10% down payment &before the end of second phase, he was asking for money again & when I refused he said "oh lady I hope I will have no problem collecting money from you." Nowhere in the contract that states I have to pay in increments.If he wants to collect money that way, he should states it in the contract. My base moldings had so much stains & when I told him about it he said he'll call me to fix it but he never did. I'm sure he forgot to buff the 4th bedroom. I wonder if she really took any effort to read thru all her comments, some times you get such comments no matter how much you know your trade, all what matter is she was able to make money on her rental. Bless her heart.
James did the repairs I wanted done didn't try to push to have the whole room floor refinished

when we add more flooring to your floors, we make sure wood is staggered and will belong to a specific area intended for repairs. however, most repairs are discounted if we have to refinish the entire home, incase of adding wood floors to both sides of the fire place this is one days job. I am glad you picked us to do the job.
Jim is a true craftsman! He came on time, did the job as promised, and,he did a beautiful job!!! As a matter of fact, I have already hired him for another refinishing job!!! I highly recommend him, and will use him in the future!!!

He called as soon as I inquired on line, he showed up on time for the estimate and returned the following week to complete the work. We had our hardwood floor repaired and he did a great job. very happy with his work.
