Excellent service. My floors in certain areas of the house were badly damaged and today you would never know that they did an excellent job. In addition they made recommendations that enhanced the overall look of the floors.

We install base board and all other trims and reducers you may need to make your flooring look excellent. I want to see that every time you walk into your home you love it and gives you a good feeling.
These guys did a great job. During the clean up process they discovered a panel that was scratched and another one that had a mfg defect. They then tore out the floor again and replaced those pieces as well. It was a job well done. I highly recommend them.

Does your floors squeak? Yes, we can make them stop. What type of flooring do you have. ALL Floors can be shined. Even laminate/bamboo can shine,how ever before I add a shine on your floors I will Advise you the pros and cons. Ask me what they are. Also they are some cleaning products you should never use on your floors.

We will not rush your job, we want to do it right. We refinish one home at a time. No dust will go in your stuff, all our tools comes with dust bag containers which are emptied outside your home before they are full. Your base boards will be masked to keep them from being stained. If possible all base boards should be removed.
James came out and gave me a good EST the following day he started the job Which was sand and stain a maple hardwood floor. He was able to sand and apply a coat of stain in one day. That night I had unsuspected guest and one of the children walked on the floor before it was dry. James came out the next day and worked on the shoe marks. Not and easy task but he was able to remove them and finish the job at no extra charge. I would highly recommend this company my floors are beautiful.

We can refer a cleaning maid in case your interested to hire one at a competitive rate. Not all floors need to be sanded traditionally in order to look great. We offer one day light sanding and polishing.
