My experience with Quantum Flooring was excellent. My oak floors were brought to a better than new luster and quality. Quantum Flooring was hired to install some flooring where we had removed a fireplace hearth and walls. We were naturally concerned about having the flooring not look like it was patched, and it came out looking continuous and not at all patchy. John contacted me and I went to his resident the following day. We set up an appointment to refinish his hardwood flooring. We refinished all the rooms and did some repairs. The job took a week. Jonh knew what he wanted and we did our best. We appreciate the confidence he put in us to do the job. It paid off.
We used Quantum Flooring a few years ago for another project and James did a great job then and again for our latest project on May 4, 2017. James is dependable, thorough and does a professional job. We are very satisfied with his work and would highly recommend him to our neighbors and friends.

Explain the job that you're going to do on the floors. Give as much detail of the job because that will give the customer more at ease to know what's going on. I kept wondering if he's going to do this or he's going to do that or if he's going to put on this kind or ??? He was very poor explaining the word procedure to me.
