Wasnt too pleased but customer service was good my floor is squeaking and i had it repaired, makes the house sound old.

James responded quickly. I showed him the water damage to my hardwood floor and he understood the problem that my particular hardwood is no longer available. He had good suggestions of potential limber sources. Once i found compatible wood that I liked, he installed it very professionally and cleaned up after the job. Very pleasant man, which makes home repair projects less painful.

Fantastic job and great price! We had one of those floor heaters right at the beginning of our hallway. We removed the heater and had this huge gaping hole with a temporary piece of wood on it. James did a great job restoring my 64 year old hardwood floor at a reasonable cost. He even cut out and replaced a few boards that were bad without charging me more. He also did a nice job putting a tile floor in the bathroom.
