James was very easy to work with and really knows what heâ s doing when it comes to floors and complicated repairs.
He was honest, did s gteat job. I would reco.mend him tp anyone. Several contractos didn't want to do it because it was a small job.
These people were fantastic. They made sure the job was done right. They replaced my support beams, my subflooring and lenolium. They even reinstalled my toilet they were fantastic id recommend them to anyone.

The homeowner called me because the guys who had done her bathroom floor left it with some soft areas which were sinking down. They had used 1/2 in plywood which we replaced with 3/4 in plywood plus 2x4x6 lumber. I assured the homeowner that we can pull out all the rotten boards, level the area, and install a new vinyl flooring plus new baseboards. All was fixed. She is hiring us to fix the second bathroom which has a similar problem. Our rates are reasonable. We take pride in what we do.
James, Thr contractor was very courteous and efficient in completing job.
James showed up right on time and did a careful job of removing a warped engineered wood flooring slat and replaced the piece with some leftover flooring I had from the remodel I had done with a different contractor 9 years prior. The warped slat was in a very conspicuous place in the front entryway and he was careful working around the adjacent ceramic tile from the kitchen. He also did the cosmetic finish work for me too. I would hire him again if I should have any flooring issues again. Thanks James!

James went above and beyond with regards to quality/workmanship on my floors. He over delivered on his promises. They came in quoted the job and did the work quickly.
