I was going to replace the hardwood but ended up refinishing because of my pandemic affected budget. James worked a lot of hours (entire week) and the floor came out nice and shiny.

James worked on my 70 year old floors and they came out just beautiful. He was extremely accommodating in making sure I got the stain color I wanted and the finish. Very nice person and definitely cares about the quality of his work. Great job!

Thanks Lori. I advise all customers if they plan to have their floors Refinished make sure you paint your walls first. If you decide to Refinish first and paint later. Please, do not put tape directly on your floors. Tape of and kind. Not even frog tape. All tapes will ruin your floors. How long do you have to wait to put tape on your wood floors? Never. This is Lee M. of Artesia, CA. I recently wrote a glowing review of Quantum Flooring. This is an update that, unfortunately, does not present James Lukasi in such a positive light. After his job was completed, I asked the moving company to bring in my bed, sofa, and television. They used Blue Tape and Frog Tape to keep the paper they put down in place.
