James covered everything I should keep in mind as I chose from a couple different paths on what to do about changing the flooring. James takes pride in his work, he is extremely meticulous and his goal is to make the client happy, he is a perfectionist and sticks to his word. The finished product, refinishing and repairing our 60 year old wood floors, was excellent. They look beautiful !! James is a man of his words , he was always on time, worked diligently and always cleaned up before he left for the day, This man knows his craft . I highly recommend him.
