Lonnie hired me on the spot to refinish,repair and also provide trims and reducers for different door areas. The floor had suffered water damage and termites a very common problem. At the end of the day all were fixed apart from my check they blessed me with a big tip and a big bag of oranges. I try to keep the bridge open because referrals is the back born of my business. Customer is "THE KING"
Look up master craftsman in the dictionary and you'll see a pic of James...not really, but it should be there! James did an awesome job at an extremely low price. We are couldn't be more satisfied, he is the best of the best...we are so lucky to have found him.

Fixing fire place areas is a common trend home owner request and to match the stain so that no one will know the repairs were done in that area. That is the job. Sounds easy no. I give my best to make sure the customer is happy.

Hardwood floor refinishing does require alot of patience and hard work because your going to restore a damaged floor. All floor are not a like. What you do on one might not work on the next house. I study the type of wood to determine my approach to use. Also i work with the customer to know what type of stain would look good on her or his floor. Most customer will give a hit and i just develop it. It was great working with Jacqueline.
James was great. He worked very hard and long making my floors look wonderful. He was patient and and polite. He also gave me the lowest price out of several flooring companies. I would use him again if I had the need.

I would never have have him do any more of my floors. My floors no longer have a flat surface, there are gouges and ripples and the finish is thin in places. I should never have paid in full. Not only would I not recommend him, I would tell anyone thinking of having Quantum do their floors not to do it.

I went back to meet with charles and took care of his problem on the floor and I have pictures of all the work we did at his house. I have been doing refinishing for the last 15 years, and i know what i am doing. Later Charles bought me lunch and said i did a good job. Thats what matters.

Repair demands two things namely one do it to match the flow of other wood and stain it right to match the rest of the house stain. Thats what all customers like.
My floors are beautiful! James also replaced two planks in another area where the floor boards were loose. He matched them really well, I can't tell the difference. He works diligently and Quantum flooring prices were very reasonable.
