James gave a great consultation and explained the work to be done in detail. He was on time with the schedule that he promised and he left my floors looking like new. Would definitely recommend him to refinish or install engineered wood floor

Ginger K. James was very professional. He cleaned up everday when finshed with the daily work. He was able to go beyond what was originally asked of him with no question. He takes pride in his work which shows with the finsihed product. I have two other rooms to have the hardwood re finshed and he will be the one I call. This being an older house I have had many people work on it and I have to say James was the best in all aspects of expectations. I will recommend me to everyone I talk to.

Refinishing is challenging because I have to custom fit the floor to match existing wood and color in other rooms all have to look good. This is my area of specialty and I love to help my clients. Our motto, still stands "refinishing one house at a time" Each home matters, our rates are reasonable.

Repairing engineered floors is not a joke. This was very challenging. None of the store had the match by size or color but at the end all the repairs were taken care of and the customer was happy. That's a home run.
