I was referred to Art by a friend who does business with him on a regular basis. As a woman, I am always worried that I am going to be "taken for a ride" by people in the automotive industry. I have to say that my experience was the absolute opposite. Art and his staff did everything they said they were going to do and did it timely and in the most cost effective (for me) manner possible. I have and I will continue to send people to Quality Transmission.

Without question, My favorite thing about Quality Transmission is the quality of work they do in such a short period of time. A lot of work needed to be done on my vehicle and I thought it was going to cost a fortune and take forever, but it was the opposite. Two other shops told me that I needed to spend over $1000.00 to get the problems fixed. Quality diagnosed the problem to be a ground wire corroded, they cleaned the ground . Quality Transmission got us back on the road same day, our Tahoe lost the transmission and Art promised to have us on the road for Thanksgiving dinner in LA in time. They have transmissions in stock I guess and nobody else could get us taken care of. The price was reasonable and in the same price range as those who were going to take several days. We were really pleased with the service at Quality Transmissions. The manager Jed was helpful. We got our car back in less than a week we love our Volvo and are pleased with the new business relationship at Quality (not just) Transmissions. (that means they do more than just transmissions)

Looking for the best been there done that – The only transmission shop in town that will bend over backwards to help good people get back on the road. Art came highly recommended from another shop I have taken my vehicles to for years and that has been in business in Fresno for. After calling around town, Quality was the also the only transmission shop that could complete a rebuild in less than a week.I have a 2005 NEW BEETLE, nobody else holds a candle to these guys.

Cream of the Crop – My soon to be son in law and I stopped in to get his Honda repaired. Art was great and most helpful, While having to get a major vehicle repair completed Art was very helpful and informative. FANTASTIC Service!!! – It is rare that one finds great service these days. In fact my mentor once took me aside and suggested that many are the parts changers-tradesmen but few and far between are the Craftsmen. Quality Transmission has Truly CRAFTSMEN on staff. From Travis in the office and on the phone to the guys in the back(I don't know their names). Grrrrrrrrrreat – Ok! So Art was awesome, from the first time I talked to him about my problems he towed my Silverado into the shop and paid for the tow, repaired my transmission with a price better than Michael Chevrolet and a better Warranty. I also got back on the road to LA in less than 2 days. I needed financing and was helped there too. I just have this to say Quality Transmission is the greatest. I know Art cares.
