Definatlly Recommend GREAT PLACE AAND SELECTION....... I was shopping for a wedding dress and couldnt find anything in the tri cities that fit right well when ur 6'2 its hard to find a dress that is long enuf and may i add that i was 4 months pregnant and i went to davids bridal now those ppl are rude and unproffesional they dont know wat their doing but the parasol does they were able to find me a dress within my budget and able to alter it out for the baby bump great ladies great service they answered all my questions and ... read more
rude but great selection they may be slightly rude but we found a wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses in under 20 minutes. no problems for us and i'll be going back for my day.
Best Around! These guys are the best around! They were amazing with my wife, finding the perfect dress from their endless selection. The tuxes for our wedding looked great and the service was outstanding!
Go Out Of Your Way to Get Here! I live in the Seattle area and traveled all the way to Kennewick for the service and selection. Thats a big thing for the Purple Parasol to out do the big city with style, service, and selection. Understand its like a 4 hour drive but worth every minute and drop of gas. Worst Customer Service Ever!!!! The reviews in regards to the amount of selection at Purple Parasol are correct unfortunately the ones posted about the store's customer service are too.
Purple Parasol Bride N' Formal is the worse store in the STATE!! I just cant beleive the crap that goes on in this store. They are liers, make you pay for things before you see them and are super shaddy. They are so rude and find ways to change the subject when there being questioned for their shaddy work. They are a little nicer when you first come in but at the first dress fitting of my wedding dress they where cold and negligent. Most amazing shop ever!!! I can't say enough about this place! I went on a whim to find a dress for my senior prom and found the most unique amazing dress out there. They'd only had it for an hour before I bought it!!! Everyone LOVED my dress.

Gets worse every time Do I even have to give them 1 star? They don't deserve it. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but after three visits, I know the truth.... they are ALL rude. The owner is a complete B. Rude, unnecessarily. I try to be sweet to people and was given snappy, mean answers. In general, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
