ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC IN EVERY WAY! never go there! I too went to find my wedding dress a few years back. The service was aweful,the ladies were absolutely beyond rude. I ended up leaving in tears & went to another store,which unfortunately for you newly engaged ladies is out of business,and I had a wonderful experience. I would order my wedding dress out of JCPenny's before I would ever ever ever ever to go P-Parasol again or ever recommend it to anyone.
IF YOU UPSET EASILY, DONT GO THERE, IT MAY RUIN YOUR "DAY" I have had three very bad experiences with this store. First was when my girl friend was getting married and I was her maid of honor. If you wanna get yelled at, this is the place for you! Don't Shop Here! Long story short, don't shop here. Recieved a product that was not what was paid for. Tried to be mature, spoke to the associate and the manager and was yelled at both times. Embarrassing Experiance It was my first homecoming with a date, so I wanted to find a really special dress. I tried on many, and liked some although it wasn't love. Deaf to my protests, they tried to put me in a lot of things that weren't my style. Horrible Experience I'm in an upcoming wedding and the wedding dress + 7 bridesmaids dresses were ordered with purple parasol. The staff were unnecessarily rude and made the experience unpleasant for the bride. To top things off, none of the dresses were the correct size, seemingly apparent. Unprofessionalism and Fraud of this company I had purchased my wedding gown from the Purple Parasol for my wedding in April. I had placed the order in for a size 6, come to find out at a later date that they had ordered a size 8. I was very irritated that they had not ordered the size I had requested but also that they did it without notifying me. Best Store in Town So I went to the purple parasol with an open mind getting ready to search for wedding dresses. I had heard the good and bad and I wanted to see for myself. Sadly, I do NOT recommend I do not recommend Purple Parsol to anyone. When I was in high school 10 years ago it was the same negative experience. Extremely rude staff, HORRIBLE alterations, and very expensive as well. It is such a shame that we have such limited options in the Tri Cities. do NOT go to this store -- nothing but horrible outcomes, service, and prices.
