HORRIBLE! NEVER GIVE PURPLE PARASOL BUSINESS!!!! I am in the midst of a crisis for my best friend's wedding and needed five pairs of shoes re-dyed because they were dyed the wrong color. The owner or whoever I spoke with on the phone said she had 30 years of experience doing what I needed to have done on these shoes (in a short turn time) but she refused to touch someone else shoes because she didn't make a profit on them! Fast and friendly, but the reviewers are right. Went in for a quick look, but they had an immediate opening to try on dresses and consult on them. The woman (obviously the one in charge) was very quick and picked great dresses. They did have great prices and a big selection. I actually bought a floor model that they were trying to get rid of. Purple Parasol Bride N' Formal is a nightmare!!! Ladies... This store has been in the Tri-Cities for years. This store has had the same issues for years. This store ruined my prom way back in 1989 and offered no help to fix their mistake in the 11th hour before my prom. Yes, the owner still hangs up on you or doesn't call you back. Their alterations need alterations! I purchased a beautiful dress from Purple Parasol but their alteration service was absolutely terrible. I now have two ugly, plastic, white buttons showing on the outside of my dress, sticking out like a sore thumb, in the midst of beautiful embroidery and beading work. Here is the Catch 22, do I leave the ugly things attached or take it off and risk a hole being put in my chiffon/satin gown? What would you do? Would you like to make this choice?

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I have been into this store a couple of times for wedding gowns. My opinion on it has never changed. First off, this place is a DUMP! They over price EVERYTHING. Look on line, you will find everything way cheaper. PURPLE PARASOL IS A JOKE.
Find a better fitter I bought my wedding dress from them back in 2002. I honestly wish I had gone somewhere else now that I think about it. They didn't properly adjust my dress to fit me and my sleeves kept falling off my shoulders. In almost all of my wedding photos you can see my bra strap because the dress kept slipping.
Purple Parasol Bride N' Formal is Wonderful I bought all of my high school formal dresses at Purple Parasol and was always given excellent customer service and quality product. This is a business the Tri-Cities can be proud of.
Really stressful visit... I was a bridesmaid in a 2003 Wedding and the experience was unforgettable for all of the wrong reasons. We went into the store excited to find our bride that perfect dress. The staff wanted to make that as difficult as possible. They didn't want us looking through the gowns (we were very careful in our handling of them), insisting they knew what would look best.
