Very rude employees. My order was wrong and they refused to fix my food
My friend who has MS was rudely refused to use the bathroom. Never will I patronize your establishment!
RecommendedTonight was out first visit, was recommended by a coworker. Burgers were super scrumptious!!! Waffle fries were crispy (not burnt) while still potatoey on the inside!! Service was super fast too!! Hubby had the burnt cheese burger said it was way better than he was expecting. Daughter wants very outside the box and had the aloha burger.... scooped every last bit of that sauce with her fries .lol. RecommendedThe burger was very good. I had the burnt cheese burger. it was awesome! I also really enjoyed the waffle fries. The only fault i had was that it was a little pricey. it was well worth it though. If your ever in the Downtown Indy area, you should try this place out. they will not disappoint. IMO

Ordered burgers and fries for 3 people on grubhub but only received the fries. When we called the restaurant the manager, Jason, rudely told me that I needed to take it up with grubhub and that "he was going to get paid anyway"

... First off- I love ridiculously spicy food and I really hate getting "fake spicy"food. I paid extra for "ghost peppers" on my burger and I had NO burn to my burger Whatsoever. It tasted like they mixed bell peppers into my Pico de Gallo and tried to call it ghost peppers knowing that most of their clientele couldn't tell the difference.
