I don't think I've had a fresher experience other than when I was at home. So good. So fresh. So many options! Definitely worth it

This place is terrible. I have gone there 6-7 times and still haven't gotten the correct order. Today they gave me the wrong cheese, 1 of three veggies and missed the mayo and brought a family order of fries not a side. Every time I've been there my order is missing something. It's crazy because my receipt reads correct.

Ouch. 6-7 times is a lot. Have you mentioned something before to any of the managers? We are happy to make things right when a mistake has been made. Believe me, we've made them before and we will make them again, but our people are far from terrible. Send us a message and we'll gladly set things straight.
Great burgers, fries and shakes....the staff was friendly and attentive!
It was my first time there and I had the spicy samurai buger. It was good and I will be back to try other burgers.
Looked for a new place to try in Indy. Burgers were yummy. Staff was awesome.
Looked up best burger places in Indy and this came up. Was not disappointed at all. Great flavors, fresh ingredients, and wonderful staff. Easily my new favorite resteraunt.
