I'm a trucker from up north. I ordered using DOORDASH while waiting at a customer. When I got my good, everything was fine except my Burger Was STILL Mooing!! I called them to let them know and they were nonchalant and not willing to compensate. They also said their default is medium rare. There is nothing on DoorDash stating that their burgers come like that nor no options for how would you like your burger cooked. So how is anyone whose never tried them before suppose to know that? I will not be patronizing them again!
Recommendedin troubling times i've discovered punch burger thru door dash and now i'm hooked. when looking at burger joints I'm not looking for a five star beautiful presentation. the fact that they have a simple greasy burger is good enough for me but the combinations make it all the more fun.
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. They accidentally left out an item and hand delivered it to us. Will forever recommend this restaurant to everyone .

Great burgers, great sweet potato tots and great customer service. Loved it.
The food was good but we had to wait over 20 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and 2 kids burgers. Kids said they were the best fries they ever ate!
