Book an appointment online, but get to the office and get told it is on a different day. I took a screenshot of the appointment but was told it did not matter. They had to go off of what was on their screen. I would never book here again even if provided free service.

I am completely satisfied with the outstanding work Dr. Chad Smalley performed on my left shoulder. Before having it operated on, my shoulder had dislocated so many times over a thirty-year span that it had developed an unusual condition.Dr. Smalley took the time to examine my shoulder carefully. This was my check-in visit, 3-years after my total knee replacement. Today I am even more grateful for Dr. Ballard. My surgery gave me a better life. At 72, I have hiked hundreds of miles since my surgery and my increased mobility and improved mental state has enabled me to lose 50+ lbs. Dr. Ballard is a master at 'his craft' and has the absolute best 'bedside manner' of any doctor I have ever encountered.
Dr Smith released my trigger finger yesterday and it feels so much better already. He has a great sense of humor while I'm making this terrible face while getting a needle stuck in the palm of my hand. Lol. He's had it done himself... So he knows what it feels like. But it works! Thanks Dr Smith for making it easier with your smile and humor. I highly recommend him. He really helps my hubby also with steroid shots.

Dr. Smalley was easy to get in to see, less than a week. He is very thorough, knowledgeable and kind. He took the time to explain everything to me and did a thorough exam. Would highly recommend Dr Smalley.
DR. G is so patient and attentive. He is never pushy or short tempered. He has taken care of me for over 10 years through two operations. He is the only ortho I use. A great guy!
