A very difficult company to deal with, especially customer service. The **** ***** was so combative and condescending. She kept asking us to pose our question and before we could even finish any of our questions, she would always interrupt us without waiting for us to fully explain. Horrible company. **************** supervisors and phone staff needs replaced. Pathetic these people are remotely connected to our utilities. This company should not be allowed to be in business .
Pse came out to fix a underground cable with a knick in it. They sent 1 tech out for 30mnts he had it fixed and left. Now they are sending a bill for over 1k and claiming they sent ******* out for 5.5 hours each. When asked for evidence of ******* coming out they wont provide it and said I'd need a court subpoena to get it. This is highly unprofessional and fraudulent behavior from a large company that already has had trouble with overcharging in the past
Our internet has become very unstable and we have frequent outages through out the month and can last up to 3 days at a time. Some times we get credit for it some times we dont. Some people have work form home jobs or do school online. This is not helpful and I frequently have to drive up to the library to be able to work or let my child get their homework done. The library is a distracting setting for them as they are accustomed to playing there. The credit isn't all that much and it averages to about $5 a day at best. Over... read more

My ************** lost power 3 days in a row, few hours each time. No storm. Nothing to blame but their service. I reported power outage to them the first 2 times, but got tired of doing so when it happened again today. Very disappointed. Felt like living in a 3rd world country :-(
Out of power for 7 hours now. Because of apparent equipment failure. This review is in response to 5 different estimates on when power will be restored! Rates are exponentially higher than last year, yet customer service rates along lines with ******* which isnt a complement. Dont give estimates if you cant come close to being accurate!

Cut off OUR energy because the neighbors moved out. Kid you not. We called and asked about the billing and they were confused and clueless. They then called MONTHS LATER and verified they were at fault, but all they could do is slap a giant bill on us and gave us less than a month to start a payment plan. Is this BBB worthy? O.o

Highly discrimination against women. Completely harassed & disrespected on the phone by the agent. The person went as far to speed talk in 1/2 English & 1/2 another language so I purposefully could not understand. It wasn't even a call specifically about my account.
