My ************** lost power 3 days in a row, few hours each time. No storm. Nothing to blame but their service. I reported power outage to them the first 2 times, but got tired of doing so when it happened again today. Very disappointed. Felt like living in a 3rd world country :-(

Out of power for 7 hours now. Because of apparent equipment failure. This review is in response to 5 different estimates on when power will be restored! Rates are exponentially higher than last year, yet customer service rates along lines with ******* which isnt a complement. Dont give estimates if you cant come close to being accurate!

Cut off OUR energy because the neighbors moved out. Kid you not. We called and asked about the billing and they were confused and clueless. They then called MONTHS LATER and verified they were at fault, but all they could do is slap a giant bill on us and gave us less than a month to start a payment plan. Is this BBB worthy? O.o

Highly discrimination against women. Completely harassed & disrespected on the phone by the agent. The person went as far to speed talk in 1/2 English & 1/2 another language so I purposefully could not understand. It wasn't even a call specifically about my account. It was a general question to find out who to contact for a form..

PSE is the worst company. They installed a new meter and my bill jumped from about $200 to $300 a month. They don't care because it is a monopoly. I wish we had another company we can choose.

I despise this company with every fiber of my being. They refunded MY money to an ex because somehow he was the only one on the contract despite myself paying the monthly bill from my account. Now they want an additional $1400 for 6 months of bills I already paid! I even sent them the bank statements showing the bills paid from my account. And, they terminated my solar incentive program when the account was transferred to my name and failed to tell me I had to re-enroll in the program, so I lost out on at least a year of pay... read more
