Our power went out at 8am. They told us it would be back on at 1:30pm, then 5:30pm, and then 8:30pm. Right now it is 8pm and we still have no power. We have a fridge full of groceries that are going to waste and refrigerated medications as well. I do not understand why it is taking over 12 hours to get power back on. If it doesnt come back on soon we are going to have to go to a hotel. Really disappointed with this situation.

PSE can do "meter reads" by estimation!I have a vacant home with solar panels. Everything is off. Last month the bill was less than 10 bucks. This month ****** why because that was their estimation. They are a private company, a self regulating entity. I was told by a PSE rep that estimates are permissible and common practice. Power went out at 7:30am on a cold sub 40 degree day. They said itd be up by 10am. Then they said itd be up at 12pm. Now they are saying itll be up at 2pm. Just waiting for the 4pm change now as thats what they will probably do. Absolute garbage service, trash estimates, and putting people in potentially life threatening situations. Borderline freezing at home and havent been able to make any food for the day because of lack of power. It would be no stars if I could. Never make an overpayment! From my banks website so if the money wasnt there it would not have gone through! They say I have to wait 11 WORKING days to get my refund. They only do refunds on ******************* Would they put up with that from us!!!!

My power went out at 8:45. At first they said power would be restored at 10:00, then switched it to 11:00, then 1:00, 2:00, finally at this moment its 4:00 pm. Who knows if they will fix it by then..they took all of Saturday. I have to wonder if they know what they are doing at this point. Im waiting for the next update to say who knows?

In August 2023, I was vacationing in ****** for about 2 (two) weeks. To my surprise, my Puget Sound Energy bill was about the same amount as the month prior. I wrote PSE and explained to them that someone might be using my power. Today, 2/6/2024, I got another suspicious and expensive power bill. In 30 days, I received 2 (two) bills from Puget Sound Energy in *******, ********** for about 300 dollars.Puget Sound Energy should investigate who is using my power. Our power went off over 13 hours ago. No one seems to give a rats behind about updating their website as to when the power might be restored. We are now looking at losing over $200 worth of food and now we have to find a hotel for us and our cats because who tf knows when our power will be on again.

Frequent power outages, inaccurate restoration estimates, wires left on road for multiple days, repairs must not be complete as outages recur at same places repeatedly. Will be filing complaint with PUC, as service deterioration over past several years is extreme-coinciding with rate increases. And, customer service is cold and inhuman. Told today its just a power outage! Incredible. The coldest day in many years and thats the sentiment?

Are there negative star ratings. I reported a power outage over 10 hours ago. They keep saying it will be fixed every two hours but isn't. Then finally when I decided to go somewhere else where there was power and heat they had the road blocked. This is a horrible service that does not care about there customers.
