I originally placed my order on November 6th, 2017. On November 16th, I contacted the company via email to inquire as the whereabouts of my order as they do not have tracking available. I was then informed my order had not left the warehouse due to a shortage of an item in my order. After expressing my frustrations they cancelled my original order, informed me they would refund for the original amount (have yet to see this on my credit card statement) and recreate the order without the shortage item with a discount applied (... read more
So glad waited to purchase for my daughter. I was looking at a few. I was going with Prynt and the subscription paper, September 20 post $50 for 6 month unlimited paper. Just as I was purchasing for daughter and niece, I double checked and Nov 21, changed to 2 month subscription for $35. (Which 6 months now goes to $105, $55 increase in 2 months) I went with the HP. May be a great product, not going to chance how much more they will raise paper price after purchase.
Bad customer service, had a unit that was no longer charging, so I sent it in to be replaced at the end of October, and still do not have a replacement unit. Several emails and messages have been sent and no reply, last communication was on the 6th of nevember where ,,was told they would send out a replacement unit ASAP, but as of today, nothing. I’ve decided to just pull out my instax unit and use it instead..... I’ll just chalk it up to 130$ lost.
I finally received my purple Prynt pocket and I <3 itttt!
