Justin is FABULOUS! My hot water heater died, and Progressive very promptly sent Justin today to take care of it. He was thorough and informative, and incredibly pleasant. From now on, whenever I have plumbing needs, I will specifically ask that Progressive send Justin to my home. That kind of customer service, delivered with such a terrific attitude, is so rare these days!

Both Melissa and Skyler were extremely helpful in resolving my issue. My only complaint is that it was a simple reboot of the thermostat that only involved unplugging it and plugging it back in. Nowhere in the documentation with the unit was this simple step offered as a possible fix. Instead I went 3 days without AC and had to pay the service charge to have a technician do it.
