Gary King and his sidekick Justin Sanders arrived ahead of the scheduled appointment time to deal with a hot water tan that sprung a major leak the night before. The service was professional, infomative and courteous. Many Thanks to Gary and we will definitely call on him and Progressive for our future plumbing needs.

I was amazed at what Larry told me regarding problem with my hot water, since i had another plumber that had said nothing was wrong. Immediately Larry noticed that the thermostat was turned down on my hot water heater. I have an Appolo system and he explained to me that is also why my furnace was not heating. Larry not only took care of the hot water heater, but he got my heat working properly. Also thank you to Brittany for sending out a serviceman so quickly. Very please with Martin I mean this guy exhibits FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS which is a rare commodity these days , he valued my home by wearing the booties and other protection, Went over everything in detail and made it so we were understanding what he was telling us. With people like Martin working for Progressive we will be Progressive customers for LIFE

We're very pleased with the work Dwayne performed for us. The house we have is over 70 years old and has the old cast iron and steel plubming. After calling several companies I was told by some that they don't work on anything that old and some because of distance it would cost over a $100.00 or more just to show up. Progressive did an outstanding job on our recent plumbing disaster. On Thursday, February 19, the first day of this disaster, Gary King and Justin Sanders stayed here until 9:30 that night determined to find our busted sewer pipe, They returned promptly the next day to being fixing the problem. During this entire two week process they were both extremely courteous and took extra care to make sure we were not inconvenienced any more than possible. From my first call to Progressive's office, my conversation with the electrical manager, through the end of the job when all was done, Progressive did a great job for me. They were very professional, friendly, and flexible. The work was to relocate receptacles and switches from a wall that was being removed from our house, and also to add receptacles to another room. They sent two men who had to spend several hours both under and in our house. I recommend them highly and will use them again.
