Justin Sanders was awesome! He was very professional. He arrived on time, explained very well the problem and what he was going to do to fix it as well as what the price was going to be. He provided excellent customer service, was fast and efficient.
Called company on 1/12/17 and explained problems related to water pressure. Scheduled appointment for next morning. CJ was at my home in Youngsville,NC on time and was very informative. He took the time to explain why the unit had failed. I enjoyed the service so much that I even had them make another repair I was planning on doing myself. Tim fixed my HVAC per a quote provided following a diagnostic service call. He "went the extra mile", examining the overall unit and explaining to me about the general condition and what might have caused the problem. He was knowledgeable and personable!
RecommendedI had terrific service from Uros. He installed a new dishwasher for us. As he was installing he noticed the racks did not move correctly and were bent. He returned the dishwasher and got us a new one all in the same afternoon. He installed it, balanced it, tested it, gave me clear instructions on how to use it and then started it for its initial cleaning cycle. Steve A was excellent in methodically working through the problems of 1960s plumbing, restoring drainage to the kitchen sink. It is amazing that I had not had problems before. I really appreciate his professionalism.
Zac Boyd came to my home this past Friday evening and did a great job. Even though this was his last call of the day he did not try and rush. He was very thorough in his work and professional when answering my questions. He was also very polite and every time he left the the house to come back in he put on his booties. I would recommend Zac and Progressive service Co. anytime.
