Scheduling was great! Got the appointment for the same day. Tech came on time and quickly diagnosed the problyand fixed it! Had to replace the blower motor and the estimate was lower than the previous vendor

Have had Progressive do some plumbing work for me in the past so when my AC people ( Triangle Mechanics) baled on me and left me high and dry during a heat wave, with no or little AC I called Progressive. Im so glad I did! The office people were so nice and sent Travis out who solved my problem quickly and got my house cool again! Progressive is now the only people Ill call for my plumbing or HVAC needs! Thanks SOOO much! Ed Edlund...

We had a dishwasher delivered on a Friday that Home Depot mixed up the install on and we were stuck with the dishwasher in the garage and not the kitchen. Home Depot contacted Progressive and Ivan came over at 5pm that Friday night. He was VERY knowledgeable, professional and efficient. We just purchased this home a few weeks ago and have had Michael & Sons and Mr. Rooter here for plumbing work. Ivan exceeded their level of service by far! Very fast, efficient and professional service. Joe S. was very good at explaining what he was doing, the problems he found and up front on the costs involved to fix the problem with the a/c system. Very pleased with the communication and work done from all company contacts!

I was very impressed with Brian G. He was at my house within an hour of being called for a sewage backup. When he got here it turned into a major job, the pipe was broken and had metal and roots in it. Brian then called Zack who arrived a short time later. Within 3 hours we had a new pipe in the ground. They both had a great sense of humor which was needed at the time. Did I mention this was also during that horrible thunderstorm on Saturday? I couldn't recommend them any more highly. I was very impressed with the service of noth Crystal and Skyler. Crystal aided me in setting up an appointment day/time and what would happen. Skyler was right on time. Went right to the unit to figure out what was going on. Turned out there was more going on than orig thought. He is coming back tonight to be as accurate as possible. Keep these two. They are excellent employees. I would recommend recommend your company if asked. We'll see what happens tonight. Hopefully good news.
