RecommendedWe had a water heater go out in our home. Kalston Redd and Nick Strickland came to put home and worked well into the evening for us. They made sure we understood the new water heater and how to maintain it. They even installed a pipe from the drop pan to the outside of our home in case the heater leaked. I was so thankful to them for all the hard work that did. This will be the company I call in for any issues I have with our house.
Ivan and John Cook were extremely professional and personable! Their service was of the highest quality as well as their suggestions to upgrade certain hardware. I highly recommend them for any plumbing service!

Justin Sanders and John Cook diagnosed and replaced my water heater today. I have the premium repair plan with PSNC, Justin explained exactly how the plan worked. When I asked about tankless water heaters he explained the pros and cons so I could make a good decision.They arrived on time and took a couple of hours to complete the install. Progressive installers Ivan and Lonnie did an excellent job installing my new dishwasher. They were professional and courteous. Should I have any future installation needs, I would definitely use Progressive.
We had a great experience with Progressive after dealing with one issue after another with a Home Depot dishwasher delivery and installation. We have had a lot of work done on our house over the past year and our experience with Shanelle (scheduling) and Jerry F. and his assistant (dishwasher installation) was by far, one of the best experiences we have had.
