RecommendedI work for a large company ESA, I have the privilege of working with Progressive often. Progressive is always on time, Professional and they are amazing, I have yet to see a project they wouldn't do. Emergency roof covering, Plumbing, Light sensors they nearly do it all. If you looking for a company that will meet and exceed your needs this is the only company we will call. Simply Amazing.
I’ve been dealing with Progressive Service Company for several years and have been pleased with their work. Recently I had a toilet leak that caused damage to my flooring. Progressive responded quickly and sent a technician, Roland Lacure, to my home to inspect and start the repairing process. Mr. Lacure was always on time for our scheduled appointments, knowledgeable of the work that needed to be done and did so in a professional manner. Costumer service in the office was horrible. Someone in the office messed up on our appointment and refused to accomadste us in any way after their mistake. Service technician was great once he arrived but because of the service I received from the office will make me hesitate to ever use Progressive again.
My dishwasher and microwave were installed by Progressive. Very skilled technicians who were on time and did an excellent job!

Progressive Service Company is contracted by Lowes to install home generators. I signed a contract October 31 and to date, the generator has not been installed. I do not recommend anyone buying a generator from Lowes if Progressive Service Company is the installer. Run and don't walk from this company. Progressive is very unorganized and dishonest. This company is the absolute worst I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We are on month three of a four week project. They do not show up when they promise. They do not return calls. We are using them through Lowes - Lowes Corporate, if you are reading this, how could you endorse such an incompetent and unreliable company? Very helpful. Came out the same day
Progressive Service Company has been a horrible experience from day one. They failed to fix an existing leak in one of my bathrooms. The toilet has been leaking for a month now and this company fails to return any of my calls or refund my money. My water bill was over one hundred dollars due to their poor attention to detail and customer service. I do not recommend this company.
