After over 10 years of exclusively using this company for HVAC and plumbing and always being pleased with my experiences I had a terrible experience today. Incredible experience from the initial quote through installation of our new Trane Gaspack. This company has a customer for life!
Use another company, avoid our mistake and heartache. Progressive was contracted by Lowe’s to complete a 2 bath renovation. Progressive dragged out their own 8 week timeline to 4 months of low quality, unfinished work before walking off the job. It will now cost us more than $30,000 in time and materials to demo what can’t be repaired and finish the work. We had to take it back to the studs and subfloor. Worst quality and costumer service. I will never call or deal with this company again. They were informed by Lowe’s to install our new gas stove since April-30, we were scheduled for May-24 after several calls we gave up and hired another company who came on the same day installed the stove in less than 30 mins.

Do not recommend. Purchased a dishwasher from Lowe's, which refers to Progressive to handle installations. I drove an hour to get to the location of the installation. I waited through the FIVE HOUR appointment window. Approximately 30 minutes before the end of the appointment window, I called their service number and was told the appliance was being picked up and would be delivered shortly. Had both Justin and Doug out this week for routine maintenance. Both of them were on time, professional, courteous and completed their work in a timely fashion. They explained what they were doing to the HVAC unit and gave recommendations on followup items for one of the units...everything was explained in easy to understand terms.
