My A/C went out on the 4th of July and finally I was able to get someone out today. When he got here he seemed cordial, I showed him where the unit was and he went to replace the compressor. So, I put my dog in the crate when he arrived. So, he is replacing the compressor and an hour goes by and no communication. I worked through **** ******* in-home services to have a new hot water heater installed and these were the recommended "experts". In my experience, they were anything but that. After scheduling an appointment with a technician, I was advised that a tankless hot water heater would be best for my situation, and I purchased one through **********. Excellent customer service at a fair price! The dispatcher showed empathy to my situation and got techs out to me as quickly as possible. The techs that showed up communicated to me very well as to when they would arrive and were right on time. They were very professional and fixed my plumbing leak quickly, efficiently and with the utmost quality. It is service like this that will have me use Progressive again if I ever need them!

They were always on time if not earlier. They did an excellent job both communicating with me and the installation of our *******. I will be calling them again soon. Nowadays when services so important they stepped up and did it right. They were very kind and courteous.

Pretty good. Had a great attitude, but the caulking was ugly and uneven. There was a little pool of water at the front of the bowl. Just a few drops, but the caulking was wet, so it dried with a hole in the front,
