My A/C went out on the 4th of July and finally I was able to get someone out today. When he got here he seemed cordial, I showed him where the unit was and he went to replace the compressor. So, I put my dog in the crate when he arrived. So, he is replacing the compressor and an hour goes by and no communication. First of all, find out some information about what it is you're going to install from Home Depot and then act accordingly. Then show up on time with the people who can do the job. We've had delay after delay and then service techs not show up when scheduled. Stay away from Progressive - should be called Regressive Plumbing.
Hot Water Heater Issue- I called this company to come and figure out why my water heater wasn't working. The technician couldn't figure it out and since they were going to charge anyway flipped the breaker on and stripped some wires and replaced the wire nuts even though there was nothing wrong with them. Days later water heater again is not working and I check the wires he touched and they sparked and smoke came flying out. Called them again and get yelled at by the technician that it's my fault.
