We recently had maintenenance serving for our HVAC...the Progressive Team is FANTASTIC. Crystal called to inform us of our tech's arrival time and Skyler was thorough and efficient in servicing our unit, answered all of our questions in detail and provided an in depth report, as requested. James came out on a Friday afternoon to replace a 22-year old water heater. Brought everything up to code and kept me in the loop as I was out of state. Worked into the late evening. Always have had excellent service from Progressive Service and highly recommend them to anyone who demands top notch professionals, service and results.

James and his team were very thorough in diagnosing the leak in my water line, and did a fantastic job on replacing it with as little disturbance as possible to all the trees in my yard that they had to dig around. After the city signed off on the permit, James restored the yard as though they had never been there. The company's communication was superior throughout the entire three day process and the charges were very reasonable. Excellent service all around.

I worked with James on what could have been a very difficult project. He met with our local chief plumbing inspector to devise a plan, based on work that a previous, non-licensed plumber had performed. Walls were opened, plumbing was inspected and James and his partner performed the work while I was out of town. I trust these guys, they were very professional and courteous. I would definitely call them again. Thank You!

I was scheduled within 24 hours of calling by friendly and courteous staff. Gary came to my home to perform the service. I cannot praise him highly enough! He did the job efficiently with no mess, and was happy to explain what he was doing and why. Progressive Service will be the only company I call in the future, and I will definitely request Gary for the service!

Progressive installed new HVAC unit for upstairs. Installer, Darryl B.,came to my home on Friday to evaluate and installed new unit on Wednesday. All personnel were very friendly and kept me informed as to each step they were undertaking. I highly recommend Progressive Services. Very professional and courteous.

I was getting estimates for warranty work to be done. Lowe's didn't want to pay because they said the estimates were too high. So, before going to court, I figured I'd try this company whose vans I see often. Progressive came out and were half price, almost three times less expensive than the other estimates. Lowe's quickly paid. The technician was more knowledgeable and said it would be done in about 30 min. or less which it was.
