Martin was very prompt, efficient and helpful. I thought he was very thorough and explained everything to me about the use of my dishwasher and helped answer all of my questions. Also, explained to me how other items that he noticed could cause me problems in the future. My hot water, just five or so years old, failed. Justin came to my house, discovered a leak, and installed a new hot water heater. He was very professional and helpful. I have a full maintenance agreement with PSNC. He accommodated my schedule for that day as I had to be away from my house for a while. He also installed a new water pressure reduction valve as he discovered mine was old and corroded.
