Martin was absolutely fantastic. He was very professional but very friendly as well. He tried to help us out anyway he could. We cannot say enough good things about him and his workmanship was outstanding. You have a REALLY great employee. Glad Progressive sent him!!
We needed a part, that was still under warranty, replaced. They quoted $360 to replace it. No one could tell me why it would cost that much. The Customer Service Rep actually snapped at me for even asking. She said it would take about an hour to replace but couldn't explain that much for labor. $360 for an hour is quite high. It took the guy about 20 mins to replace but still, $360. I contacted the company and asked to be contacted by a manager but they haven't bothered. I simply wanted an explanation. RecommendedSuper fast and wonderful service! I was in need of new drain lines for my septic system and wasn't having any luck finding someone to do the work in a timely manner, until I contacted progressive. Within one week of contacting them the entire job was complete and passed inspection! Brandon, Mark and Dylan were awesome and do great work! They even beat all the quotes I received from other companies who weren't going to do the work for months.
Dustin & Justin are the dynamic duo. They performed services for us on two occasions, with excellent results. They worked well as a team, no detail left undone. Their work was professional and clean. They were knowledgable, polite and easy to interact with. I would recommend them without hesitation, and ask for them in the future if the need should arise.

Martin and Ivan came to repair a toilet and were on time and knew exactly what the problem was and fixed the issue in no time at all. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs
Danny and Nick came out to my house today to fix the light in my kitchen. In a little over an hour they had diagnosed and repaired my home for a fraction of the other quote I had received! Working with the Progressive Service Company was a pleasure from scheduling my appointment to having Danny and Nick performing the service.
