James and Cain provided exemplary service. Moreover, they were kind, fast, charming and, most importantly, NOT liberals, which kind of came as a surprise since ya'll supposed to be "progressive," har, har. Jokes aside, I'm usually a pretty shy guy, but I felt very calm and collected chatting politics with them as they worked. Excellent gentlemen. Give 'em a raise! I cannot believe eve that Larry, Mark and Dustin replaced all the pipes in my house, replaced the 30 year old water heater, replaced hardware in two bathrooms and so many other things. They were kind, respectful , and informative. The whole ordeal was a joy.....and they liked my coffee.
We've dealt with Martin on a couple of occasions concerning busted water heaters. He was prompt, solved the problem for a fair price, and helped with obtaining additional help outside the area of his expertise. He followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied with the work done. I've used Progressive several times over the years; plumbing, electrical, etc and they've always done a good job. They are the first company I call when there's a problem that won't wait to be solved. Even on weekends. I highly recommend them.
James and Cain responded to our house call within an hour of contacting Progressive about our hot water heater issue. They were courteous, professional, and patiently helpful once it was determined the hot water heater needed replacing. They presented multiple options and gave pros/cons for each solution.
