I am not one to write a review. In fact don't think I have ever done so before. However, the team here was so sensitive and caring during one of the most difficult times our family has experienced. I can't thank them enough for their patience and caring. We will miss our girl but are thankful for a good team who helped us get through it.
These people are the best! Unfortunately we've needed them over the years and they've always been top notch in caring for our pets.
I love the staff at Prince William emergency vet clinic. The doctors take very good care of the pets that are bright in. The nursing staff really put you at ease.
We've had to take our 11 year old, blind & diabetic schnauzer, Whiskey, to this clinic twice this year (back in January and then just yesterday)...and both times, we've been greeted with such excellent technical knowledge from the vets as well as incredible compassion and kindness from the entire staff. We felt just as loved yesterday as our doggy, and confident that she could come home with us safely and that she would soon be on the mend. I am a licensed Veterinary tech but needed the extra care a emergency specialist would have. Dr. Smith, Dr Thompson, Licensed techs, assistants and receptionists were all very loving, and showed nothing but compassion and expertise in the care of our baby! ❤️
Our family dog CJ had to be put to sleep after we discovered he was very ill. Dr. Thompson and staff at the emergency clinic sent us a sympathy card and a heart to plant in our garden with seeds that would bloom to be wildflowers. Such a nice touch and very thoughtful. Thank you!
I can not say enough about how much I appreciate the entire staff. The excellent care and attention they provided exceeded my expectations! They truely care. Thank you so much for helping my baby!
All I can say is that they are the best emergency vet around! Dr. Smith has saved Abby 6-7 times plus Bacchus who needed emergency surgery just recently. Without him and Dr. Thompson and his wonderful staff my dogs would not be alive today. There is no one we trust our dog to go to in a emergency.
