After an unexpected emergency with our dog, Isabel, the staff here was more than helpful with making sure we were up to speed with what was going on with her as well as the charges. Thanks to their skilled vets, she was able to survive surgery and the care they gave her post-operation was so much better than we could have asked for. We genuinely felt that the staff cared about her well-being during her stay, and are so thankful for being kept updated on ger condition as well as being allowed to come visit her.

Last night we took our cat to Prince William Emergency clinic. They were very caring and and understanding to our cat's needs. She was extremely sick and lost her battle but the dr there was very helpful and sympathetic to our pain. We were also thankful for the kindness and help and effort they gave in trying to save her but unfortunately it was too late. If anyone has any health need for their precious animal I recommend you to bring them in . They will be treated with the best of care here.

First, let me say that no one ever wants to go to the emergency hospital. Second, this was my first time ever having to utilize an emergency hospital as I've work at a vet hospital for 11 years in the past. Having said that, this was a positive experience with kind, professional and caring people. From April to Brian and especially Dr. Smith. Thankfully my dog was not critical but she was in a lot of pain. While other emergencies arrive needing attention immediately, we never felt any less important. Thank you to all of you.... read more

My cat Beau was not feeling well at 1 am on Christmas morning...with his regular vet closed I called here hoping that they would be open. The woman who I spoke to on the phone was incredibly helpful and after I explained Beau's symptoms to her she said I should bring him in right away. My fiancé and I drove there and they were able to see Beau within just a few minutes of us arriving. I took my cat in at 2am for what should hopefully turn out to be something that wasn't too serious and the staff couldn't have been nicer, more professional, more compassionate, or more caring. If you have an emergency I highly recommend PW ER Vet. They were wonderful.
