All these people want is money. Me and my family ended up having to drive 4-5 hours for our dog who we decided we had to put down due to the condition that she was in. my mom spoke to the doctor on the phone and made an agreement to have me and my niece go in to say goodbye to our dog and then we switch it out to my sister and my mom to say goodbye and be there for her while they put her down since there was only two people allowed at a time. We were told it wasn’t looking good for our dog, so the family and I decided it was best to end her suffering and put her down. So my brother brought her to the hospital since we weren’t home yet. There were 4 of us coming back from my birthday trip to put her down. We were not happy with the service or care our animal received. We received a quote for care and when we gave them out credit card number, the charges were much more that the price quote. if your going to give customers a quote for services, you need to honor that amount, not jack up the price, once you have someone's CC number.
RecommendedThe doctors spent nearly 2 hours assessing our Pekingese. The outlook was grim but the expertise and experience provided by the doctors at MedVet provided us with an answer to what our little guy was enduring. The cost was amazingly reasonable for the time, effort, and compassion delivered. I recommend MedVet.

RecommendedVery thankful for Med Vet. Our local Vet office refused to see or help our dog. I brought her to Med Vet. They were very efficient and caring. They took her in immediately, called within 10-20 minutes with the evaluation, information and diagnosis. They were very sincere and helpful. Unfortunately our dog passed away, at least I was able to be with her and the staff was very kind and compassionate. Thank you Med Vet team.
